What does it take to host DFLW on Novaworld? 

I'm on windows 7, btw. 

I seem to remember I might have to download some replacement windows file but I can't find any referece to it. 

Exactly what ports need to be opened?

As far as I can tell when I try to host on Novaworld, it appears to be working.  I have no idea if anybody can join though.  Canyouseeme says port 17478 is not open.
