I'm in the same position guys. Waiting for the CD Key. I played DFTFD when it first came out, maybe I will see if I can find the original CD + CD Key from the game I played back in the day.
Have you checked the tab " My Stuff" at top right of screen?
See if you can activate or download whatever for the game from there.

Yes you can download they game from ''My Stuff'' but it still asks for a cd key when installing, but it can't be found anywhere. Thanks for your responce.
I am going to get my payment returned via 'PayPal'.
I am having the same issue, paid for the download three days ago, I have not received the key code. I have emailed three times and left one voice mail, to no avail. I will give it a week, If I have not received it, I am filing a dispute with PayPal.
Go to "My Account", then "My Stuff". It should be in the "inventory" or "download" section.
Unfortunately NW does not have technical support any longer. The safest way to install NW games is to buy a new CD from Amazon or EBay and not the digital download version.

What the hell happened to Novalogic? Their games used to be damn popular and I played their games for years. I wonder what killed their games .. I mean, there was nothing wrong, all they had to do was to come up with newer games/titles. What bite them in the arse?
