NOVA has been offline for over a week now. You cannot play online unless you use 3rd party software. Are NOVA making their new customers aware of this? are they hell, they can't even be bothered to post a statement to their long time player base, here on the official website.

All anyone can do is guess Poo. THQ gives scant (and different) information to people who contact them. (if they answer at all)

It is starting to look like the water boy broke the server trying to reboot it, and now they have to call in the grown ups to clean up the mess. Might be a little while. Doesn't seem to be at the top of the priority list. 

I think we're starting to see progress, you can use the player search function again, and we've gone back to receiving a timeout message when attempting to login. It's better than nothing I guess.

Edit. We can now log into Novaworld, however there are no servers listed at the moment.
