I found the fix to active the game.

dfx2 fixed exe activated.zip

You have to run it with compatibility mode "Windows XP SP3"

This is correct its called compatibility mode ,  right click icon, properties, compatibility,  select with mode and OK!!  

but ive dont that and it still will not run .. FOR ME that is

Is it just my game that has login issues? I can't log in, I have the game key and bought it on Steam....

Multiplayer is dead .
Activation does not work .
They have killed game .
