Product key missing?

i have product keys for all of these 
Your Novaworld account has the following product keys attached:

  • Delta Force 1
  • F-22 Lightning 3
  • Delta Force 2
  • Delta Force Land Warrior
  • Comanche 4
  • Delta Force Task Force Dagger
  • Delta Force Black Hawk Down
  • Delta Force Black Hawk Down Team Sabre
  • F-16 Multirole Fighter
  • MiG 29 Fulcrum
  • Delta Force Xtreme 2
  • Joint Operations Combined Arms
but i only downloaded some when i first got them activated for 3 of the games (df1, 2, joca). now i cant seem to find the rest... and when i click activate and download, nothing happens.
