Topic F22 Lightning 3 in windows 7

F22 is a crap flight sim and a waste of time trying to get it to run on win 7. It's like buying a new car, then putting retreads on the rims. Don't forget to log back into your OP dummy account and thank yourself for all your help.

I made the changes on the L3.INI file but I can´t save them.

You can't save ini files in Win 7 if your UAC is ON

It's a fun game and besides some people have a broader interest in things than you can appreciate.

That often happens if you have copied files over from another drive or medium like a CD ROM or VCD ROM The files come over Read Only or locked because they came from another computer or user etc..

Right click to get the L3.INI file properties sheet and un-tick the box if it indicates the file is read only or locked

At the end I could change and save L·.INI and I changed the configuration to Windows 95,, unfortunately it doesn´work, the screen keeps frozen.

Don't try to configure it from options, mine freezes too if I try to touch them, just go straight to the game if you can. It will work in W7 x64 as I have it running right this minute.
