Hi, if you borrowed the game from a friend he probably registered the code on his account so its already in use. Or if you registered the game on a old PC and you are using a new PC the Joint Ops key code is already registered on your account when you first registered it so you can't add another one.

or you may try support . . but personally thay are usless. it take about three to four week to get any info or help from them.
