I logged in the other day to double check my product keys so I could move my gameinstallations for both DFX 1 and DFX 2 and found that Novaworld has deleted my registration for DFX 1 and removed my activation key for DFX 2 even though it stillshows I have DFX 2 activated on my account.To make matters even worse for me.. My original account which has a seperate retailcopy of each game registered to it has been completely deleted and it was a GOLDmember account!How do I retrieve/reactivate my games now? I am in the process of moving my originalaccount registered/activated games to my new computer and just finished refurbishingmy Windows XP with this account on it only to find these issues now!Can anyone tell me how to get support for these issues? I have tried to reach supportfor days now and I have gotten nothing back from them about any of my emails.I really enjoy both games and I cannot justify buying yet another copy of each. And Ihave no interest in messing around with the STEAM versions just because of how STEAMforces system updates down user throats that break games all the time.Any help/advice/etc would be greatly appreciated. My original account "TrojanHorse"had both the DFX games on it and that computer had my entire collection of Novalogicgames on it including all of the DF game series.Thanks Guys!

That's very unfortunate. I've sent a few inquiries to them. The first time, I received a response but it took them about two months to get back to me. And as for the rest of the times, I didn't receive a response at all. come on guys go to your MY Stuff and download that.then you start the game and active  from the game when you are in theryou dont need the key

noo dont think that i have a new computer and the game are still at MY Stuff and also you need to start the game  and active that from the game i never had the key hahahaha

so why  the key ??if this webb be closed then we cant play anymore becouse then we need that key.but if you try to hack the key like in steam then you be vac banned in ther becouse the game are yours and the only one you can do its mail to steam surport
