For me works ok, Windows 7 64bit, even without compatibility mode, NVidia GeForce 260 here.

Maybe problems with installations

I have windows 7 64bits with AMD Radeon HD 7450m. I repited the installation several times but doesn´t work yet.

Right click your mouse on the game shortcut.
A small screen will appear with tabs.

Select:
Compatibility.

Now you will see:
Compatibility mode.

Tick the box:
Run this program in compatibility mode for:

Then from the drop-down list select:
Windows 98/ME or Windows XP Service Pack 2

Click Apply then OK

ADDED:

Another solution may be to not install in the (x86) folder.

Interrupt the game install and select/change the default path to anywhere but Program Files (x86)

A lot of older games are fine as soon as you do that.

My copy is installed in the old "Program Files | Novalogic" folder and works fine in Win7 64bit.

I tried your advices but the game doesn´t still work. The game opens it, the sound works great but the image is freezed.

Can you get to options?
If you can, disable 3D Acceleration
3D Acceleration can freeze the game on some machines.

Look for a file called L3.ini and change your setting there if you cannot get to them in the game menu.

Make sure the line  ENABLE 3D is set to 0

Hardware Variant 2 Scenario
Settings as follows:

Reinstall as before in non (x86) folder and apply

Go straight to the game.

The game may start in 640 x 480 or 800 x 600 and a low bit depth


You can adjust the bit depth and screen res to 1024 x 768 from the L3.INI file.

My L3.INI file in Widows 7 64bit looks like this.
