This works with TFD,LW and Ventrilo  follow these simple steps



(1) OPEN CONTROL PANEL
(2) GO TO PROGRAMS
(3) YOU WILL SEE AN OPTION RUN PROGRAMS MADE FOR A PREVIOUS VERSION OF WINDOWS
(4) WHEN YOU OPEN IT UP YOU SHOULD HAVE A LIST INCLUDING TFD , LW , VT ETC
(5) CLICK ON THE PROGRAM YOU WANT AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS IT'S THAT EASY

Any Game servers running the expansion packs won't work on your 64 bit system, because like me you're not able to install the expansion packs for the game. Windows 7 and I assume Windows 8 allows you to run the "out of the box version" but once you try to use the Reinstallation exe files that install the needed mods, you're out of luck. Someone with programming abilities might be able to update the files and get it working for us but until then I play on my old desktop running XP on 32 bit platform.

just run the game in compatibility mode. these games are a bit outdated and need to be ran on previous versions of windows. this is easily accessed by going into your game folder and right clicking the application that launches the game. I would recommend windows XP.

You need the Disable VON Patch, it disables the Voice Over Net option which causes the issue.
