I emailed support@quanticlab.com several times and no reply.

They are the new owner of Novalogic as of 2016.

Yeah Ive tried email as well - you cant message them on twitter so I think people have tried all avenues of contact now.

I just log on into Novaworld for first time since last Thursday night.

I truly hope it's now permanently fixed for a while!!

Played til about 11:00 pm last night and went to sleep.

Then this morning about 2:30 tried to get back on and it was down including this entire Novaworld forum and Novalogic website.

Now both sites and the game servers are up again.

Up and down, up and down. Wish they would make up their mind and at least post an update here on Novaworld forum or on Novalogic old main page on what is going on!

They need to make up their mind because it was up again at 9 am and I was in it playing with couple of other DFX friends like Pink Pantha.

This is the email from THQ Nordic Support that was sent by them to one of our players friends here when he email them about the servers!!

Well its working atm as I type.

But yeah what a crap response from THQ....perhaps the server is a virtual amongst many other games and gets rebooted now and again.

Sounds like it wont be around much longer.

Anyone thoughts on how to serve the game themselves when THQ turn off permanently.
