Unable to play after logging on

Admiral1960	Been a few months. I log on select a game and when it opens I cannot move. It is as if I were frozen in the middle of a game. Have downloaded from game CD and online with no change. Unable to download updates. What am I missing ? Tried to pay dues a number of years ago but do not see where to do it. I suspect I am missing something obvious but...............
